Delete your Atlas Warfare account

You can delete your Atlas Warfare account and its data at any time, from inside the game or by email if you no longer have the app.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Atlas Warfare.
- On the home screen, tap Account.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately, and the app starts over as a new guest on that device. If you have not signed in recently, the game may ask you to sign in again first.
Option 2: By email, without the app
Email support@atlaswarfare.app with the subject Delete my account. Include:
- Your player code (shown under your name on the Account screen) and your display name.
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, send the email from that account's email address so we can confirm it is yours.
If you no longer have your player code, tell us your display name and roughly when you played, and we will try to find the account. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours before deleting it. We will confirm by email when the deletion is done, within 7 days of your request.
What is deleted
- Your profile: player ID, player code, display name and equipped cosmetics
- Your device ID and any linked Google or Apple sign-in, including the email it shared
- Campaign progress, levels, medals, unlocked cosmetics and weekly challenge scores
- Ratings and leaderboard entries
- Friends and friend requests
- Notification tokens and time zone
- All sign-in sessions on every device
What is kept
Records of online matches you took part in are kept so that other players' match histories and ratings stay correct. They are anonymized: your account link is removed and your name is shown as "Deleted player". They can no longer be linked to you.
Database backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days. Short-lived server logs kept by our hosting provider expire on their own schedule.
How fast
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 7 days. Any remaining backup copies are gone within 30 days.
