Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
Atlas Warfare is a strategy game for Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the game collects, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it and how you can delete it.
Who we are
Atlas Warfare is published by Noel Equity LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email support@atlaswarfare.app.
What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Player ID: a random identifier we create, plus a short public player code | The first time you open the game | To keep your progress and to let friends find you by code |
| Display name | Created for you on first launch; you can change it | Shown to other players in matches, leaderboards and friend lists |
| Device ID: a random identifier the app generates on install. It is not your phone's hardware ID or advertising ID. | The first time you open the game | To sign you in as a guest on this device without a password |
| Game results and progress: campaign progress, match results and statistics, ratings, levels, medals, unlocked cosmetics, weekly challenge scores, and friends and friend requests | As you play | To save your game, run online matches, rank players fairly and show leaderboards |
| Google or Apple account ID, and email if the provider shares it | Only if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple | To restore your progress on a new device. We do not use your email for marketing. |
| Push notification token and time zone | Only if you turn on notifications | To send game alerts and avoid sending them at night |
| IP address | Whenever the app connects to our servers | Needed to deliver data to your device and to protect the service from abuse. We do not store IP addresses in our player database. |
We do not collect your real name, contacts, location, photos, or payment details. There is no in-game chat. The app reads your device's memory size to pick a graphics quality level; that stays on your device. Settings and a copy of your progress are also stored on your device so the game works offline.
How we use it
We use this data only to run the game: to save and sync your progress, match you with other players, calculate ratings and leaderboards, deliver notifications you asked for, keep the service secure and fix problems. Our legal basis, where the law requires one, is to provide the service you asked for and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it for advertising. The game has no ads and no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who processes it for us
These companies handle data on our behalf, only to provide the services listed, under their own security and privacy terms:
| Company | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Railway | Hosts our game servers and database in the United States |
| Expo | Delivers push notifications to your device |
| Google and Apple | Sign-in, if you choose it, and delivery of push notifications through their platforms |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect players or the service from fraud or abuse, or to a successor if the game is sold or transferred. A successor would remain bound by this policy.
What other players see
Your display name, player code, level, equipped cosmetics, ratings, and match and leaderboard results are visible to other players. Your email and sign-in details are never shown.
How long we keep it
- Your profile, progress, friends, device ID, sign-in links and notification tokens: until you delete your account.
- Sign-in session records: up to 30 days after they expire.
- Records of matches you played: kept after deletion only in anonymized form (see below), so other players' results and ratings stay correct.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider: a short period, used only for security and troubleshooting.
- Database backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days.
Deleting your account and data
In the game, open Account → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted right away. If you no longer have the app, you can ask by email. See how to delete your account for both options.
Deletion removes your profile, display name, device ID, sign-in links and email, progress, ratings, medals, cosmetics, friends and notification tokens. Match records that include you are kept with your account link removed and your name replaced with "Deleted player". They can no longer be linked to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, or to object to how we use it. You can change your display name in the game and delete your account at any time. For anything else, email support@atlaswarfare.app with your player code (shown on the Account screen). We will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Atlas Warfare is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels between the app and our servers over encrypted connections. Sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage, and our database stores only hashes of them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
International users
Our servers are in the United States. If you play from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, such as collecting a new kind of data, we will also tell you in the game before the change takes effect.
