Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Noel Equity LLC ("we", "us"), the publisher of Atlas Warfare (the "game"). By playing the game you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Your account

The game creates a guest account on your device. You can link it to Google or Apple to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you play as a guest and lose or reset your device without linking a sign-in, your progress may be lost. You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account.

3. Rules of play

When you play, you agree not to:

• Cheat, including using bots, scripts, modified clients or any tool that automates play or gives an unfair advantage
• Exploit bugs. If you find one, please report it to us instead
• Manipulate ratings or leaderboards, for example by deliberately losing, colluding with opponents or using multiple accounts to boost each other
• Choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else or infringes another person's rights
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players
• Interfere with our servers or other players' connections, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or overload the service
• Copy, sell or reverse-engineer the game or its servers, except where the law expressly allows it
• Use the game for any illegal purpose

4. Enforcement and account bans

If you break these rules, we may, depending on how serious it is: reset or change your display name; remove results, ratings or rewards; suspend your access to online play; or permanently ban or delete your account. Where practical, we will tell you why. If you think we made a mistake, email support@atlaswarfare.app and we will review it.

5. Game content and virtual items

We own the game and its content, or license it from others. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play it for your own non-commercial enjoyment on devices you control. Map data comes from third-party sources under their own licenses, listed on our credits page.

Levels, ratings, medals, cosmetics and other in-game items have no cash value. You cannot sell, trade or transfer them, and we may change or rebalance them. The game currently has no in-app purchases.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, maps, modes and game balance at any time. Online play needs our servers. They may sometimes be unavailable, and we may shut down the online service in the future. If we plan to shut it down, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice in the game.

7. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost. Maps are simplified for play. Borders are approximate and do not represent any position on territorial disputes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress or profits, arising from or related to the game. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access as described in section 4. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 continue after these terms end.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. App stores

If you got the game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or its support. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
